In 2017, she founded Kingsley Models, which quickly became one of the premier talent agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region, representing talent in high-profile campaigns with brands like Target, Hilton, Miller Light, American Airlines and Chanel.

Joy is the lead wardrobe stylist for Style by Kingsley, where her eye for detail and trendsetting style shine. Collaborating with prominent figures such as fashion legend Dapper Dan, journalist Margaret Brennan, celebrated author Jason Reynolds, and Bravo's the Real Housewives of Potomac cast, she continues to make waves in the fashion industry.
